3D puff embroidery stitches over a layer of foam to give lettering and shapes a raised finish. The file has to cut and cover the foam cleanly, so an existing flat embroidery file often cannot simply be switched to puff. We rebuild artwork for puff by hand, in-house, as part of our Embroidery Digitizing service.
Not every logo suits puff. Very fine lines, tiny text and intricate detail often do not raise well, so we review your artwork first and tell you what can be puffed, what should stay flat and what should be simplified.
Simple lettering starts from $5. Puff work is priced by complexity, so send your artwork and we will confirm your quote and estimated turnaround.

Before you commit
Boldness and open shapes matter more than size alone. We tell you what is likely to work before you commit.
The stitching has to close the foam edge cleanly, so shapes and corners are planned for it.
Raised and flat parts run in an order that keeps the foam covered and the detail crisp.
How it works
Upload your design and tell us the finished size, placement, cap or garment type, foam thickness and machine format, where you know them. Anything missing can be confirmed in your quote.
We review the artwork and tell you what can be puffed, then confirm the price and estimated turnaround before you go ahead with the order.
Foam coverage, edges and sequence are set by hand for the agreed application, then checked before the files are delivered to you.
You receive the agreed files and test them on your own foam and garment. If the digitizing does not stitch as it should, we correct it within the original scope.
Simple lettering starts from $5. Puff work is priced by complexity, and rush availability is confirmed in your quote.
