1. Services

Art Studio Digitizing provides custom embroidery digitizing services, including logo digitizing, cap and hat digitizing, jacket back digitizing, patches, appliqué, and related file conversion services. Turnaround times and pricing are as stated on our Pricing page at the time of order and may vary based on design complexity.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice for future orders. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it for digitizing.

3. Revisions

We offer revisions on digitized files as described on our Pricing and FAQ pages. Revision requests should be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery and should clearly describe the requested changes.

4. Delivery

Digitized files are delivered electronically in the format(s) requested. Delivery times begin once full payment and complete artwork and specifications have been received.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of artwork submitted for digitizing. Digitized files are provided for the customer’s own use, and Art Studio Digitizing will not reuse customer artwork for other purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Art Studio Digitizing strives for accuracy and quality on every order but is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of digitized files, including compatibility issues with specific embroidery machines that are outside our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
